Cancelation Policy

All first time reservations must be held with a Reservation Fee. We kindly ask if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, that you please do so within 24 hours. We regret that we must charge a cancelation fee of 100% of the reservation fee for any missed appointments or reservations canceled without a 24 hour notice.

Late Guest Policy

If you think you are running late, please call to inform us. We will do our best to still accommodate you, however we cannot guarantee the service provider will be able to perform the entire scheduled service. Guests who are 15 minutes or more late will be asked to reschedule and may be subject to our cancelation policy. Please allow extra time for congestion travel time.

No Guest/No Unsupervised Children

For safety and to limit exposure and occupancy, no guests or children can accompany you to your appointment.

Payment, Gratuity & Refund Policy

Our prices are listed on our website or given by our staff and are starting prices only and are subject to change based on the level of experience of the stylist, the services given and whether additional time & product is needed. Upon request, your service provider is happy to provide you with a cost estimate prior to the start of your service.

Holidays

Yes! We do work on Holidays & Nationally Recognized Holidays, including and not limited to Christmas, New Years Day, July 4th, all Presidents days, Thanksgiving, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, and more. We charge a non-refundable surcharge of $50 to reserve appointment on any/or all holidays.

Refund

 Services received cannot be refunded
We will gladly adjust any service you receive within Three days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your lashes, hair and/or skin can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you.

Refunds of products will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. If product is opened or used it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged. Refunds can only be processed with receipt.

No refunds are given for gift card orders.
